Job summary

Hatch, based in Chicago, IL, seeks a new graduate Analyst for 2027 to join the Advisory group in Management Consulting. You will support global client projects from our Chicago location, reporting to the Regional Director.

Responsibilities include diligence, cost reduction, asset management, business-case evaluation, data analysis, and creating client-ready presentations. A relevant bachelor’s degree with internship experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate in 2027 with a technical or business degree from an accredited university.
• Education backgrounds include Engineering/Applied Science, Commerce/Economics, or Business/Arts degrees.
• Proven experience in using research and analysis tools; prior co-op or internship experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical and commercial diligence on assets and projects.
• Assist clients in reducing costs and improving productivity and asset management.
• Develop financial models and perform data-driven analysis to support investment decisions.
• Create client-facing presentations, proposals, reports, and spreadsheets.
• Travel to client/project sites and Hatch offices as needed.
