Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group is seeking high-potential graduates for its Accounting Rotational Program in Miami. Participants will rotate through financial and management accounting, tax, and other areas to build broad accounting expertise and practical experience.

You will work in a team-based environment with guidance from seasoned professionals, tackling projects that develop core accounting skills and business acumen. Graduation by Dec 2026 or May 2027 is expected.

Qualifications

  • Seniors or recent graduates with undergrad in finance, economics, accounting, business administration, or quantitative field.
  • GPA 3.2 or higher and leadership experience in school or work.
  • Graduate by December 2026 or May 2027.
  • Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of critical thinking and quantitative skills.
  • Eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in a series of rotations across accounting functions (financial and management accounting, tax).
  • Assist with preparation of financial statements and general ledger entries.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights to management.
  • Participate in financial and operational audits.
  • Develop understanding of accounting principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Contribute to team projects and initiatives.

Job description

We are currently seeking highly motivated and talented individuals to join our Accounting Rotational Program at Royal Caribbean Group.

This program is designed for recent graduates who are interested in pursuing a career in accounting and are looking to gain hands-on experience in various areas of accounting.

As an Accounting Rotational Program participant, you will be exposed to a variety of accounting functions, including financial accounting, management accounting, tax, and more. You will work in a team-based environment and receive guidance and support from experienced professionals.

Throughout the program, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects that will challenge your skills and abilities, and help you develop a broad range of accounting skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in a series of rotations in various accounting functions, including financial accounting, management accounting, tax.
  • Assist with the preparation of financial statements, general ledger entries, and other accounting functions.
