Job summary

Innovative Talent Solutions is an established staffing firm in Raleigh seeking an Analyst to join our hybrid team. This role offers a dynamic work environment and growth opportunities.

You will reconcile tenant ledgers, ensure billing accuracy, and review leases and property records. You will post payments, deposits, credits, and other receipts, and resolve discrepancies between lease accounting and general ledger systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounting experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting is preferred.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel (advanced Excel skills helpful).

Responsibilities

• Reconcile tenant ledgers and ensure billing accuracy.
• Review leases and property management records for accuracy.
• Post and apply tenant payments, deposits, credits, and other receipts.
• Research and resolve discrepancies between lease accounting and general ledger systems.

What We Want:

You are a detail-oriented professional who is self-motivated and well organized. Planning, analyzing, and calculating financial data comes natural to you. Preference will be given to those with 2 or more years of accounting experience, and a bachelor’s degree in accounting. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel will set you apart.

What You’ll Do:

As the Analyst, you will reconcile tenant ledgers, ensure billing compliance, and review leases/ property management records to ensure accuracy. The Analyst will post and apply tenant payments, deposits, credits, adjustments, and other receipts. As the Analyst, you will research and resolve discrepancies between lease accounting system and general ledger system.
