Job summary

JLL in New York, NY is seeking a detail-oriented Analyst to support research, analysis, and client engagement activities within the Competitive Intelligence & Location Strategy team. • Experience or aptitude preparing presentation materials in PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to interact directly with clients.
• A creative, resourceful approach to problem-solving – you look for solutions, not just answers.
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in a research, analytics, or data-focused role.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools or programming languages (for example, Python, R, or Tableau).

Responsibilities

• Build and refine PowerPoint materials for pitches and executive-level client presentations.
• Support the team's consulting studies on the relationship between real estate, competitive positioning, and business performance.
• Prepare materials for client meetings and calls and join those conversations as you build client-facing experience.
• Contribute to pitch materials and proposals for prospective clients, working alongside senior team members.
• Help maintain accurate, up-to-date research files and data trackers that the team relies on.

What this job involves

We're seeking a detail-oriented Analyst to join our Competitive Intelligence & Location Strategy team. In this role, you will support research, analysis, and client engagement activities that help organizations make informed, data-driven real estate and workforce decisions. This is a hands‑on opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, conducting market and company research, and contributing to strategic client deliverables in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

*This position is fully onsite in our New York, NY office.

Research & Analysis

Required

Estimated compensation for this position: 75,000.00 - 90,000.00 USD per year
