Job description

Analysis Technology (AT) Operations Technician


Location: Taylor, Tx


Pay Rate: $25–$29 per hour


The Analysis Technology (AT) Team is responsible for ensuring the highest quality wafer production by maintaining optimal FAB utility performance and cleanroom environmental conditions. This team plays a critical role in monitoring and controlling contamination across the facility to support the production of high-quality semiconductor products.


The scope of AT includes monitoring key environmental parameters such as temperature, humidity, particle levels, airborne molecular contamination (AMC), and trace elemental contamination.


In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including:


  • GCS (Gas and Chemical Systems)
  • WTR (Water Systems)
  • Unit Parts
  • Manufacturing (MFG)

You’ll help ensure the quality of incoming utilities, wafer processing equipment, and FOUP (Front Opening Unified Pod) environments.


Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain environmental conditions within semiconductor FAB and cleanroom environments.
  • Perform contamination analysis and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Work with utility and manufacturing teams to assess and maintain system integrity.
  • Support efforts to improve FOUP and equipment cleanliness.
  • Follow all contamination control protocols and cleanroom procedures.

Position Expectations & Physical Requirements

  • Work at elevated heights, including rooftop access and elevated platforms.
  • Climb ladders and navigate facility infrastructure to access monitoring equipment.
  • Lift and carry materials, tools, and equipment up to 50 pounds.
  • Walk extensively throughout the facility (approximately 5–6 miles per shift).
  • Operate in semiconductor manufacturing environments requiring specialized PPE and strict contamination controls.
  • Work in industrial areas including sub‑FAB spaces, utility systems, and chemical support areas.
  • Perform duties around manufacturing equipment and chemical delivery systems while strictly adhering to lockout/tagout and safety procedures.
  • Participate in and comply with fall protection training and safety requirements.
  • Follow all health, safety, environmental, and site‑specific protocols.

Work Environment

This role operates in a highly controlled semiconductor manufacturing (cleanroom) environment, requiring attention to detail, adherence to strict procedures, and a strong commitment to safety and quality.
