Job summary

EVONA in Seattle is seeking an Analysis Manager to lead a multidisciplinary engineering analysis team across structural, thermal, and nuclear disciplines within a fast-paced R&D startup.

You will mentor engineers, review deliverables, manage risk across programs, and collaborate with design and systems teams while advancing analysis workflows and engineering standards in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of engineering analysis experience.
• 3+ years of management or team leadership experience.
• Strong expertise in structural, thermal, or nuclear analysis.
• FEA experience preferred.
• Experience within highly regulated or quality-driven environments (AS9100, NQA-1, etc.).
• Ability to thrive in a startup or fast-moving engineering environment.

They are looking for an Analysis Manager to lead a team across structural, thermal, and nuclear analysis disciplines, helping drive the development and deployment of highly complex engineering systems. This role combines technical leadership, team management, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced R&D environment.
