The Garrett Group at Offutt AFB, NE seeks an Analysis, Evaluation, Assessment, AAR SME to support training and improvement by after-action reporting; you''ll work with command and senior personnel to drive actionable insights and recommended improvements.

Responsibilities include observing events, facilitating after-action reviews, producing reports per SI 509-1, developing lessons learned, and presenting analyses to General/Flag Officers and senior civilian personnel.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated recent experience in Analysis, Evaluation, and Assessment.
• Experience in After Action Reporting support requirements outlined in SI 509-1.
• Basic understanding of USSTRATCOM-assigned UCP mission-sets.
• Familiarity with CJCS and USSTRATCOM EAP and/or National level conferencing and decision-making concepts.

• Observe, document, and gather observations during Collective Training events.
• Facilitate after action reviews during and after events.
• Analyze observations to formulate actionable issues for command.
• Prepare and publish reports outlined in SI 509-1.
• Prepare validated lessons learned from past Collective Training events for dissemination.

• Present concise oral presentations and written correspondence.

Position Overview

The Garrett Group (TGG) is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Analysis, Evaluation, Assessment, AAR Subject Matter Expert (SME). As an SME, you will play a critical role in supporting our organization's training and improvement efforts by providing expertise in after-action reporting and analysis. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our support to US STRATCOM operations at Offutt AFB, NE.

Responsibilities

• Analyze observations to collate into actionable issues for command.
• Prepare and publish reports outlined in SI 509-1.
• Prepare validated lessons learned from past Collective Training events for dissemination.
• Support briefings and written analyses for General/Flag Officers and senior civilian personnel.
• Present clear, concise, and well-structured oral presentations and written correspondence.
• Observe GD (Giant Dragon) scenarios and analyze data.
• Develop and produce GD Summary Reports.
• Provide feedback for after-action reviews and recommend improvements for follow-on GD events.
• Prepare and conduct hotwash briefings.
• Prepare and deliver after-action reports.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated relevant recent experience in Analysis, Evaluation, Assessment.
• Experience in After Action Reporting support requirements outlined in SI 509-1.
• Basic understanding of USSTRATCOM-assigned UCP mission-sets.
