Qualifications

• 4+ years of hardware design experience with a degree, or 10+ years of hands-on PCB layout experience.
• Experience in power electronics and mixed-signal layouts.
• Ability to read and create schematics and BOMs.
• Self-directed, able to drive projects with minimal supervision.
• Proximity to the Greater Milwaukee / Northeast WI corridor.

Responsibilities

• Design, model, and layout multi-layer PCBs from concept through prototype to production release.
• Develop and optimize power supply designs and analog/mixed-signal circuitry.
• Create clean electrical schematics, specifications, and BOMs.
• Support prototype builds, testing, debugging, and manufacturing startup activities.
• Conduct reliability analyses and validation testing with QA teams.
• Manage multiple projects and design priorities to meet milestones.
