Job summary

Intel in Hillsboro is seeking an experienced Analog Circuit Design Engineer to join the Advanced Design Foundational IP Organization. You will design and optimize analog/mixed-signal circuits for cutting-edge IP and products across client, server, and networking technologies.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams on tape-out readiness, layout, verification, and test planning, focusing on performance, power, area, and yield.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or higher in EE with 4+ years in analog/mixed-signal design.
  • Expertise in analog circuit design, simulation, and verification.
  • CMOS technologies and layout understanding for analog circuits.
  • Experience with ADCs/DACs and tape-out processes.
  • Knowledge of SoC analog layout checks and methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement analog circuits and mixed-signal IPs.
  • Perform circuit-level design, simulation, and optimization for power, performance, area, timing and yield.
  • Create floorplans, extract chip parameters, and simulate analog models.
  • Develop test plans for design verification and evaluate results.
  • Collaborate with architecture and layout teams to maximize functionality.
  • Conduct tape-out activities for analog and mixed-signal circuits.
  • Analyze and resolve performance and circuit issues during design and post-silicon validation.
  • Serve as technical interface to process technology, IP engineers, and product teams.
