• Developing innovative architectures for high‑speed wireline transceivers, with a focus on PAM‑N 200G+ designs.
• Leading and technically managing cross‑functional design teams throughout all project phases—from ideation to execution, implementation, and silicon validation.
• Collaborating with digital, analog, and mixed‑signal engineers to ensure seamless integration and top‑tier performance of SerDes IP solutions.
• Driving technical reviews, providing guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, and ensuring adherence to best design practices.
• Overseeing system‑level analysis, modeling, and verification to guarantee robust and scalable solutions.
• Interfacing with customers and stakeholders to translate requirements into innovative technical solutions and successful product deliveries.
