Job summary
The Mosaic Company is seeking an IT Solutions Analyst Lead to orchestrate deployment, maintenance and improvement of Salesforce-based platforms including Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Agentforce. You will translate business needs into scalable tech designs and lead multi-team delivery across global Commercial operations.
Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in enterprise tech, 5+ years with Salesforce clouds, and strong leadership abilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
- 7+ years delivering enterprise tech solutions and business application support.
- 5+ years Salesforce Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud in large environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead deployment, maintenance, and improvement of Salesforce Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Mobile, Agentforce and related solutions.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical specs, designs, data mappings, and acceptance criteria.
- Lead setup and implementation of Salesforce/Agentforce solutions including LWC, Apex, Flows, security models, and mobile-first UX.
- Guide adoption of AI-powered experiences, intelligent automation, and responsible AI practices.
