Job summary

EB Pediatric Resources in Chicago seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work with clients in Chicago. This is a full-time role with consideration for part-time. The position emphasizes collaboration, flexibility, and quality clinical care.

The BCBA will develop and implement intervention plans, conduct FBA, supervise RBTs, collaborate with families and providers, and ensure ethical, data-driven practices in service delivery.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and Illinois licensure required.
• 1–3 years ABA experience preferred.
• Experience supervising RBTs and leading clinical teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and adjust treatment as needed.
• Supervise RBTs and support high-quality service delivery.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary providers.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to program development.
