Job summary

Round1 Entertainment Inc. is hiring for a front-line team member at our Erie bowling center and arcade venue. If you enjoy a fun, fast-paced environment and love engaging with guests, this is a great fit. You’ll help customers, maintain game areas, and support guest services across shifts.

Our ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years in hospitality or retail. Work hours run from 10:00 AM to 2:00 AM daily, including alcohol handling by policy (21+).

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED and a minimum of one to two years of experience in a hospitality or retail environment.

Responsibilities

• During assigned shifts engage customers to determine whether their needs are met.
• Maintain inventory levels in amusement games.
• Maintain games and counters clean and visibly attractive to customers’ eyes.
• Respond responsively, and politely with a friendly demeanor to customers’ requests.
• Answers phone calls for all general inquiries.
• Performs special projects and other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management.

Essential Duties:

• During assigned shifts engage customers to determine whether their needs are met.


• Maintain inventory levels in amusement games.

Non-Essential Duties:

• Conducts alcohol and age restriction control by company policies.


• Conducts lost and found procedures by company policies.


• Seeks constant improvement or more efficient and less expensive ways and means in department work processes.


• Complies and maintains confidentiality of all company policies and procedures.


• Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working area.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED and a minimum of one to two years of experience in a hospitality or retail environment.

Work Environment:

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in a bowling center/arcade environment where high levels of noise, dust, and activity can be expected.


• The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.

Physical Demands:

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to bend, stretch, twist, climb, and have a high level of mobility/flexibility in small spaces.


• The employee is required to stand and walk for extended periods without breaks during busy times. In addition, the employee will need to be able to use their hands/fingers to handle and feel and reach with hands and arms.


• Lifting and/or moving up to 100 lbs with assistance is required.
