WHAT OUR GAME ROOM ATTENDANTS DO

Our Game Room Attendants provide our guests with the best gaming experience possible. If your dream job involves being surrounded by all the latest, cutting-edge arcade games, and getting people as excited as you are about playing them, then you may be perfect for this role!

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A GAME ROOM ATTENDANT

• Greet guests in a friendly, welcoming manner
• Ensure all games are functioning properly
• Report major equipment issues to management
• Assist guests with game instructions or payments
• Promote our center's offerings, such as bowling, billiards, and food & drinks
• Operate POS systems accurately to sell arcade cards
• Unload, stock, and maintain inventory in the redemption center
• Keep the arcade area clean and organized

REQUIREMENTS

• Commitment to excellent guest service (friendly, helpful, gracious)
• Strong communication skills
• Team player mentality
• Previous experience or success in school or prior jobs
