Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is hiring an Amusement Attendant to join our vibrant entertainment centers. You will greet guests, ensure games function properly, and assist with payments and game play, while promoting bowling, billiards, and concessions.

The role involves operating POS systems, stocking redemption centers, and maintaining a clean game area. Part-time, evening/night shifts with weekend availability are common. Applicants must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, welcoming manner.
• Ensure that all games are working properly.
• Report major equipment problems to management.
• Assist guests who are having trouble with playing or paying for our games.
• Promote all center offerings, such as bowling, billiards, and food & drinks.
• Accurately operate multiple POS systems while selling arcade cards to guests.
• Unload, stock, and maintain inventory for the arcade’s redemption center.
• Maintain a clean and organized arcade area.

What Our Amusement Attendants Do

Our Amusement Attendants provide our guests with the best gaming experience possible. If your dream job involves being surrounded by all the latest, cutting-edge arcade games, and getting people as excited as you are about playing them, then you may be perfect for this role!

AN AMUSEMENT ATTENDANT’S DAY-TO-DAY

• Greet our guests in a friendly, welcoming manner

WORK ENVIRONMENT/ PHYSICAL DEMANDS
