Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Murrieta, CA is hiring a part-time Amusement Attendant. You will greet guests, ensure games work, assist with play and payments, and promote offerings across our center.

You’ll operate POS systems, stock the redemption center, and maintain a clean arcade area while delivering excellent guest service in a dynamic entertainment environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, welcoming manner.

• Report major equipment issues to management.

• Promote center offerings such as bowling, billiards, and food & drinks.
• Operate multiple POS systems to sell arcade cards.
• Unload, stock, and maintain inventory for the arcade's redemption center.
• Keep arcade areas clean and organized.

What Our Game Room Attendants Do

Our Game Room Attendants provide our guests with the best gaming experience possible. If your dream job involves being surrounded by all the latest, cutting-edge arcade games, and getting people as excited as you are about playing them, then you may be perfect for this role!

A GAME ROOM ATTENDANT’S DAY-TO-DAY

• Greet our guests in a friendly, welcoming manner
• Ensure that all games are working properly
• Report major equipment problems to management
• Assist guests who are having trouble with playing (or paying for) our games
• Promote all of our center’s awesome offerings, such as bowling, billiards, and food & drinks.
• Accurately operate multiple POS systems while selling arcade cards to guests
• Unload, stock, and maintain the inventory level for your arcade’s redemption center
• Maintain a clean and organized arcade area

• Proven success in school/previous job experience

WORK ENVIRONMENT/ PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Typical entertainment environment where you will walk, bend and stand for periods of time, and may lift objects with some assistance.
• Part-time, evening and night shifts, weekend availability.

Pay & Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.90 to $18.00 per hour.
