Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment Corporation is seeking an Amusement Attendant in Scottsdale, AZ. This part-time role includes greeting guests, ensuring games work smoothly, handling payments, and promoting all center offerings.

You will operate POS systems, stock the arcade, and keep the area clean while delivering excellent guest experiences. Night and weekend availability is required, with a pay range of $15.15–$15.88 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, welcoming manner.
• Ensure that all games are working properly.
• Report major equipment problems to management.
• Assist guests who have trouble with games or payments.
• Promote center offerings such as bowling, billiards, and food & drinks.
• Accurately operate multiple POS systems while selling arcade cards.
• Unload, stock, and maintain inventory for the arcade's redemption center.
• Maintain a clean and organized arcade area.

WHAT OUR GAME ROOM ATTENDANTS DO

Our Game Room Attendants provide our guests with the best gaming experience possible. If your dream job involves being surrounded by all the latest, cutting-edge arcade games, and getting people as excited as you are about playing them, then you may be perfect for this role!

A GAME ROOM ATTENDANT’S DAY-TO-DAY

• Greet our guests in a friendly, welcoming manner
• Ensure that all games are working properly
• Report major equipment problems to management
• Assist guests who are having trouble with playing (or paying for) our games
• Promote all of our center’s awesome offerings, such as bowling, billiards, and food & drinks.
• Accurately operate multiple POS systems while selling arcade cards to guests
• Unload, stock, and maintain the inventory level for your arcade’s redemption center
• Maintain a clean and organized arcade area

WORK ENVIRONMENT/ PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Typical entertainment environment where you will walk, bend and stand for periods of time, and may lift objects with some assistance.
• Part-time, evening and night shifts, evening availability.

Pay & Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.15-$15.88 per hour, depending on qualifications.
