Job summary

Round1 Bowling & Arcade is hiring for our new location at Colorado Mills in Lakewood, CO (opening early November). This part-time role supports arcade operations including game card sales, prize redemption, and maintaining the game floor.

We offer perks like 1 hour arcade play per week, 50% off food during shifts, and 1 complimentary beverage per shift. Shifts run 10am–2am, with peak hours 5pm–2am and weekends; most hours are nights or weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required or preferred
• Experience in fast food, entertainment or hospitality is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Engage customers during assigned shifts to determine needs
• Maintain inventory levels in amusement games
• Maintain games and counters clean and attractive to customers’ eyes
• Respond politely with a friendly demeanor to customers’ requests
• Answer phone calls for general inquiries
• Perform special projects and other duties as assigned by management

Overview:

This role supports arcade operations including game card sales, prize redemption, and maintaining the game floor.

Position Details:

• Wage: $17-18.75.
• Part time: 20-25 hours a week.
• Shifts: hours of operation are 10am-2am. This is a high paced work environment with our peak hours from 5 pm - 2 am and weekends. The majority of scheduled hours will be nights or weekends.

Essential Duties:

• During assigned shifts engage customers to determine whether their needs are met.
• Maintain inventory levels in amusement games.
• Maintain games and counters clean and visibly attractive to customers’ eyes.
• Respond responsively, and politely with a friendly demeanor to customers’ requests.
• Answers phone calls for all general inquiries.
• Performs special projects and other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management.

Non-Essential Duties:

• Conducts alcohol and age restriction control by company policies.
• Conducts lost and found procedures according to company policies.
• Seeks constant improvement or more efficient and less expensive ways and means in department work processes.
• Complies and maintains confidentiality of all company policies and procedures.
• Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working area.

Education/Experience:

• A High School diploma or GED.
• Experience in both back of house and front of house in fast food, entertainment or hospitality industries is preferred, but not required.

Work Environment:

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in an arcade environment where high levels of noise, dust, and activity can be expected.
• The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.

Physical Demands:

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to bend, stretch, twist, climb and have a high level of mobility/flexibility in small spaces. The employee is required to stand and walk for extended periods without breaks during busy times.
• In addition, the employee will need to be able to use their hands/fingers to handle and feel and reach with hands and arms. Lifting and/or moving up to 100 lbs. with assistance is required.
