Global Public Policy & Government Affairs Team

The Global Public Policy & Government Affairs team's work spans across a broad and diverse range of functions and workstreams, including government affairs and government relations; policy and issue area expertise; risk and crisis management and mitigation; outreach, coalitions, and partnerships; and philanthropy. The mission of the Global Public Policy & Government Affairs team is to prevent, manage, and mitigate political, legislative, and regulatory threats to TikTok and to promote a political, legislative, and regulatory environment that supports growth and innovation for our business.

Internship Overview

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Successful candidates must be able to commit to an onboarding date in 2026 Fall. Please state your availability and graduation date clearly in your resume.

• Experience on the hill with writing experience.
• Able to commit to working for 14 weeks for either a Fall or Spring position and work onsite 4–5 days per week.

For Pay Transparency: Compensation Description (Hourly) – Campus Intern – Washington, DC. The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $27–$27.
