Job summary

Apple Inc. is seeking an experienced Analog/Mixed-Signal IP Engineering Program Manager in Austin, TX. You will lead high-impact AMS IP development from concept through mass production, coordinating across design, integration, verification, and CAD teams to meet schedule, quality, and performance goals.

The role requires a deep technical background in AMS IPs and strong leadership to align multiple teams and vendors, delivering executive-level updates and risk mitigation strategies.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering or Electrical and Computer Engineering with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in AMS IP design OR product development/program management in AMS space OR design engineering management in AMS space.

Responsibilities

• Drive the development of Analog/Mixed-Signal IPs from concept to mass production.
• Partner with AMS IP design and SoC Integration teams to drive milestones and issue resolution.
• Lead resolution of complex dependencies across multidisciplinary teams including Tech/Library, SoC Design, SoC Physical Design, Design Verification and CAD.
• Identify risks early, perform root cause analysis of silicon issues at IP level, develop mitigation strategies for executive reviews.
• Collaborate with hardware and software teams to support silicon validation of AMS IPs across environments.
• Synthesize technical data into clear status presentations for engineers and executives.
