Job summary

Apple Inc. seeks a Senior CAD Automation and Mixed-Signal Simulation Engineer to own the AMS simulation methodology across analog/mixed-signal designs. You will lead tool strategy, co-simulation flows, and collaboration with design teams to enable validated IP in cutting-edge silicon.

You will mentor engineers, influence technical direction, and guide small development teams to deliver novel CAD solutions that scale with Apple's processor roadmap.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of AMS industry experience.
• Deep hands-on experience with mixed-signal co-simulation tools.

Responsibilities

• Own and define the direction and roadmap for a state-of-the-art mixed-signal simulation methodology across multiple technology nodes and diverse circuit/IC types.
• Serve as the primary technical authority for design teams, ensuring functional behavior and interface integrity.
• Lead CAD automation initiatives and drive cross-team adoption of new flows.
• Manage relationships with EDA tool vendors and ensure performance and quality standards.
• Mentor junior engineers and lead small software teams to build CAD applications.
