Job Description

We are seeking a motivated professional to lead the commercial growth of LEGO.com across the AMS region.

In this role, you will manage a talented team and collaborate with various functions to drive commercial growth and enhance the shopper experience, playing a key part in our Global Ecommerce strategy.

Core Responsibilities
  1. Lead AMS LEGO.com commercial sales performance and P&L across our three country sites in USA, Canada, and Mexico
  2. Own the AMS LEGO.com strategy, budget, and forecast
  3. Manage a growing direct and indirect AMS team across trading, merchandising, marketing, operations, and consumer services
  4. Partner with functions like Global Ecommerce, LEGO Retail, Brand Marketing, Loyalty & CRM, Finance, Supply Chain, Distribution, Consumer Services, and Technology to deliver results
  5. Participate in the Global Ecommerce and AMS regional leadership teams to influence strategies
  6. Use data to identify strategies, trading activities, and communication to accelerate ecommerce growth
  7. Build brand engagement, sales momentum, and profitability
  8. Implement global ecommerce and brand strategies tailored to the AMS region (e.g., sustainability, loyalty, new site features)
Team and Company Context

LEGO Retail manages our direct-to-consumer channels including LEGO.com and stores. Global Ecommerce, part of LEGO Retail, focuses on growing LEGO.com, with teams located worldwide including Boston.

This role will lead the growth of LEGO.com in the AMS region, which currently accounts for 55% of our LEGO.com business, with the US being the largest site globally.

Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in DTC ecommerce across multiple regions
  • Proven track record in driving growth, sales, and profitability in AMS
  • Deep understanding of ecommerce trading levers and analytics
  • Comprehensive approach to omnichannel shopper experience and brand building
  • Strong leadership, communication, and relationship management skills
  • Experience managing a global team
  • Results-oriented with a focus on quality and operational excellence
  • Data-driven decision making and problem solving
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and loyalty/CRM tools (preferred)
  • Ability to travel internationally up to 20%
Additional Details

Salary range: $196,200 - $294,300 USD, based on responsibilities and experience.

Location: 1001 Boylston St., Boston, MA, with a hybrid work model (3 days in-office).

No relocation assistance provided.
