Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking a Clinical Liaison – Amputee Care to build and strengthen referral networks, coordinate amputee care, and promote access to O&P+B services. The role blends clinical consultation, patient navigation, and business development to improve outcomes, expand services, and support a seamless continuum of care for patients, families, and partners.

This position emphasizes collaboration with physicians, therapists, case managers, and community organizations

Qualifications

• Must possess an active degree in nursing, therapy, or O&P+B licensure.
• Minimum of two years relevant experience, preference towards healthcare.

Responsabilités

• Develops and maintains referral relationships with physicians, hospitals and rehabilitation providers.
• Promotes O&P+B services and amputee clinics to referral sources and community partners.
• Coordinates patient access to prosthetic and orthotic care and amputee programs.
• Educates patients and families about prosthetic rehabilitation and recovery expectations.
• Supports program growth, compliance, and data reporting to leadership.
• Delivers high-quality customer service and coordinates care across teams.
