Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation Hospital in Grand Rapids, MI seeks a Clinical Liaison – Amputee Care to strengthen referral relationships, coordinate amputee care, and promote access to orthotics, prosthetics and bionics services.

The role combines clinical consultation with patient navigation and business development to support outcomes, navigate care pathways, and expand Mary Free Bed programs and clinics.

Qualifications

• Must possess an active degree in nursing, therapy, or O&P+B licensure.
• Valid driver’s license with no restrictions.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Minimum of two years relevant healthcare experience.
• High School diploma/GED or equivalent experience accepted in lieu of education.

Responsabilités

• Develops and maintains relationships with physicians, hospitals, rehabilitation providers, case managers, therapists, and community partners.
• Promotes awareness and utilization of Mary Free Bed O&P+B services, amputee programs, and clinics.
• Identifies growth opportunities and supports outreach initiatives.
• Provides educational presentations and resources to referral sources, patients, and community groups.
• Coordinates care across the continuum and supports transitions of care.
