Job summary

National Airlines in Orlando, FL seeks a Manager, AMOS Systems & Maintenance Technology to lead the AMOS team and oversee the maintenance system. You will partner with Line Maintenance, Maintenance Control, Flight Operations, Materials, Records, Planning, Quality Assurance, and Finance to ensure system reliability and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of aviation maintenance related computer system experience.
• 3-5 years of AMOS software experience.
• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products; able to learn new software.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Knowledge of 14 CFR and related regulatory publications relevant to duties.
• Commitment to operational excellence and continuous process improvement.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the AMOS team, providing direction, mentorship, and performance oversight.
• Oversee the implementation, administration, and optimization of the AMOS Maintenance & Engineering system.
• Manage multiple cross-functional projects involving departments across National Airlines.
• Collaborate with leaders to identify system enhancements and streamline processes.
• Provide rapid troubleshooting and resolution of critical system issues to minimize disruptions.
• Ensure system integrity, data accuracy, regulatory compliance, and adherence to standards.
• Develop and maintain AMOS policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Coordinate with internal departments and vendors to support upgrades, integrations, and enhancements.
• Monitor system performance and prioritize support requests.

Education

FAA Mechanic Certificate with Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) rating
