Job summary

Bailey Information Technology, LLC is seeking a Munitions Specialist to support USARCENT G4 Directorate at Shaw Air Force Base, SC. The role focuses on munitions management, accountability, and readiness across supported units.

You will coordinate requirements, requisitions, and distribution planning with logistics staff, and ensure policy compliance, safety and reporting. A background check and CAC eligibility are required within the first weeks.

Qualifications

• Experience in munitions management or Army logistics functions.
• Knowledge of munitions accountability systems and safety/compliance.
• Strong attention to detail in inventory tracking and reporting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Army logistics information systems.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Reads, writes, speaks, and understands English fluently.
• Background investigation and CAC eligibility within timelines.
• Security, anti-terrorism, and information assurance training within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Track and report munitions inventory, accountability, and readiness status across supported units.
• Coordinate munitions requirements, requisitions, and distribution planning with logistics and operations staff.
• Support munitions-related policy compliance, safety, and reporting requirements.
• Maintain munitions tracking systems and prepare status reports for command review.
• Coordinate with Army Materiel Command and other munitions proponents as required.
