Job summary

Kraft Heinz, Inc. operates and maintains the full utility systems at our Wisconsin facility, including ammonia, steam, refrigeration, air, and water. The role involves troubleshooting utility equipment, supporting PSM compliance, and maintaining safety documentation.

The position requires teamwork, strong mechanical skills, and the ability to work extended hours as needed. Candidates should have hands-on utility experience, a basic electrical background, and the physical ability to lift loads,

Qualifications

• Three years of hands-on utility experience.
• Detailed understanding of ammonia and Freon refrigeration systems (preferred).
• Basic electricity knowledge and strong mechanical skills.
• Ability to work independently after a 90-day probation and demonstrate all required skills by 12 months.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as a team or lead a team.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and 80 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Operate and troubleshoot the facility's utility systems (ammonia, steam, refrigeration, air, water, etc.).
• Perform boiler operation duties, testing, sampling, and safety documentation.
• Support the facility's safety program and continuous improvement initiatives (PSM and FSQ).
• Assist with building/grounds maintenance and material handling as required.
