Corpay is seeking a Transaction Monitoring Associate to join the Alpha Group, permanently based at our Malta office. You will join the Compliance team to analyse customer activity, perform investigations, and ensure AML and payment controls are followed.

Reporting to the Head of Transaction Monitoring, you will work with cross‑functional teams, master AML platforms, and contribute to the monitoring framework while staying current with sanctions and regulatory changes.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
• ACAMS or CFE certification is highly desirable.
• 1–2 years of experience in financial services with focus on EU/UK regulatory compliance.
• Strong knowledge of EU/UK AML directives and related regulations.
• Experience with transaction monitoring tools.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct detailed investigations into flagged transactions and client activity, documenting findings.
• Maintain accurate records of investigations in accordance with AML/CFT regulations.
• Identify suspicious activity and follow escalation processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to validate alerts and escalate high‑risk cases.
• Support internal stakeholders and master compliance platforms to streamline workflow.

Conhecimentos

Bachelor's degree in finance

ACAMS or CFE (desirable)

1–2 years regulatory compliance

EU/UK AML directives knowledge

AML monitoring tools familiarity
