ConnectOne Bank is seeking an AML Surveillance EDD & CDD Analyst to analyze banking transactions for BSA/AML compliance. You will review customer due diligence alerts, monitor transactions, and prepare detailed SARs while supporting development of AML reporting tools.

The role emphasizes a strong client-first ethos, collaboration with the CNOB team, and adherence to regulatory requirements. Hybrid work options are available depending on the role.

Qualificações

• Regulatory knowledge incl. BSA, CRA, ADA, Right to Financial Privacy Act, GLBA, Regulation E, and PATRIOT Act.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency with AML systems: IBS, Vision Archive, OnBase and Verafin.
• 3–5 years BSA experience.
• College degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Bank’s client-first focus and provide excellent service.
• Investigate CDD alerts and clear or escalate SARs with proper documentation.
• Ensure effective transaction monitoring and client account oversight.
• Review accounts to identify possible suspicious activity and escalate as needed.
• Assist in developing statistical reports to support BSA/AML solutions.
• Conduct enhanced due diligence reviews for high-risk clients.
• Monitor accounts and prepare detailed SAR investigations.
• Perform scheduled reviews to ensure compliance and mitigate liability.
• Assist updating BSA/AML compliance procedures.
