Job summary

Kelly is hiring an AML Analyst in New Castle, DE (hybrid) for a four‑month assignment with potential extension. The analyst will manage AML investigations from initiation to completion, perform detailed research, analyze transaction activity, and prepare high‑quality SARs in alignment with regulatory requirements.

The role requires strong SAR writing experience, AML knowledge across BSA, Patriot Act, OFAC, FinCEN, and SARs, and the ability to collaborate with multiple internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–5 years of AML, financial crime, or investigative experience including reviewing customer transactions.
• Hands-on SAR writing experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of AML investigations, transaction monitoring, and regulatory requirements (BSA, USA PATRIOT Act, OFAC, FinCEN, SAR).
• CAMS certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review cases for potentially suspicious activity and manage investigations from start to finish.
• Conduct detailed research using internal systems, databases, and online sources.
• Analyze financial statements, transaction data, and account activity for anomalies.
• Follow up with points of contact to obtain additional information for investigations.
• Document steps, research, analysis, and findings in the Case Management System.
• Prepare and write SARs in accordance with regulatory requirements and AML procedures.
• Make recommendations on relationship retention or termination and track account closures.
• Prepare complete case files with supporting documentation and findings.
• Collaborate with CRIU, ACRM, Business, CSIS, Legal, Trade Surveillance, FIU, and Law Enforcement teams.
