• Develop and enhance software to support bank needs.
• Participate in planning, design, unit testing, and deployment activities.
• Provide technical leadership via design direction, code reviews, and unit testing direction.

• Diagnose root causes of complex technical problems.
• Provide L3 production support 24/7/365 across the team.
• Maintain evergreen system documentation.
