Job summary

TSR Consulting, Inc. is seeking an AML SAR Writer in New Castle, DE for a hybrid, 3+ month assignment. The role involves managing AML investigations from intake to completion, reviewing alerts, and preparing SARs with supporting documentation.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 1–5 years of AML experience, and strong writing and research skills, with knowledge of US AML regulations and reporting requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–5 years of experience reviewing customer transactions for suspicious activity and performing AML investigations.
• Experience writing and preparing SARs in line with regulatory requirements preferred.
• Knowledge of BSA, USA PATRIOT Act, US Treasury AML guidelines, OFAC, SEC, FINRA, FRB, FinCEN, and SAR requirements.
• Strong writing, analytical and research skills with online search tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of AML investigations from intake to completion.
• Review system-generated and manual cases, alerts and referrals.
• Document and report case findings and prepare comprehensive case files.
