Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s degree preferred.
• Two years of regulatory compliance experience required.
• Ability to learn enterprise policies and regulations.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with different teams.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and provides excellent guest service experience.
• Assist with day-to-day audits of documents from gaming and gaming support departments and ensure Title 31 compliance.
• Updates and maintains current Federal requirements of the Bank Secrecy Act’s AML program and related training materials.
• Ensure Title 31 compliance is met in training materials, delivery, and testing.
• Works with the revenue audit manager and staff to address Title 31 concerns timely and accurately.
• Collect documentation and build and maintain case files for potentially suspicious activity.
• Assist Regulatory Compliance Manager with casino AML training program.
• Assist with training materials for AML compliance training.
• Stay current with AML trends by attending external training.
• Prepare CTRCs and SARCs prior to filing.
