Job summary

BCforward is seeking an AML Compliance Analyst in Columbus, OH on a 6-month contract. You will interpret AML risk standards, perform quality analyses of alerts, and verify data accuracy across SARs, CTRs, KYC, and related investigations.

Ideal candidates bring AML knowledge, strong research and analytical skills, and 1–3 years in AML or QA, with attention to detail. Experience with AML tools is preferred. This contract offers competitive compensation and growth exposure.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of AML frameworks including SARs, CTRs, and KYC.
• Strong research, analytical and data comprehension skills.
• Attention to detail and documentation accuracy in compliance environments.
• 1-3 years of experience in AML compliance, transaction monitoring, or QA.

Responsibilities

• Interpret AML risk standards, guidelines, policies, and procedures.
• Perform quality analysis to determine whether alerts were properly cleared by Compliance Alert Analysts.
• Verify that alert data is accurately collected and documented, including investigations data, SARs, CTRs, KYC information, account and transaction data, and other relevant information.
• Conduct research and analyze large data sets to support investigation readiness and escalation decisions.
