Job summary

Auria is seeking a 3rd shift AML Process Technician for our Spartanburg Plant in Spartanburg, SC. You will execute AML tasks, troubleshoot processes, and support maintenance under plant management guidance.

Qualifications include 5-7 years in related field, strong safety orientation, and forklift operation. This role offers full-time employment with opportunities for growth and comprehensive benefits. Travel as needed for training may be required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Execute tasks and support TPM/DTM activities as directed by plant management.
• Perform process troubleshooting, adjustments, and tool changes.
• Assist maintenance with preventative maintenance as directed.
• Execute all AML process functions and PLC programming adjustments.
• Ensure QC standards and cleanliness (5S) in work areas.
• Follow safety rules and participate in safety training.
• Provide feedback to production management to optimize processes.
• Notify management of issues affecting production, quality, or safety.
• Follow company policies, break schedules, and start/stop times.
• Collaborate with team members in a cooperative, respectful manner.

We are currently searching for a 3rd shift AML Process Technician to join our team at our Spartanburg Plant in Spartanburg, SC.

What you will do:

• Execution of any additional tasks as assigned. Perform all needed DTM and TPM activities as decided by plant management.


• Functions to include but not limited to: Process Troubleshooting, Gripper Adjustments, Tool Changes, Roll Changes, etc.


• Assist maintenance with all/any preventative maintenance as decided by plant management.


• Ability to execute all job functions of the AML Process.


• Program and make adjustments to programs for all PLC equipment.


• Perform Operator Preventative Maintenance functions.


• Ensure that all processes are within QC standards and procedures.


• Maintain standards of housekeeping and cleanliness for work area and equipment (5S).


• Follow all workplace safety rules and regulations and attend all safety training sessions as scheduled.


• Provide feedback to Production Management that will assist in the optimization of production processes.


• Notify Production Management of any issues that impede the completion of daily production, quality, and safety requirements.


• Follow all company policies, procedures; break schedules, and start/stop times.


• Interact with fellow associates in a team-based cooperative and respectful manner.


• Execution of any additional tasks as assigned.
