ACA Group is seeking an AML/KYC Consultant to support investor onboarding and ongoing monitoring within private funds. You will perform detailed reviews of investor documentation, assess complex structures, and escalate higher-risk matters with sound judgement.

You will contribute to the execution of CDD and EDD, ensure timely onboarding, and maintain high-quality file analysis across a team. CAMS preferred, or willingness to obtain it, with strong regulatory understanding.

Formación

• 3–5 years in AML/KYC onboarding within private markets.
• Experience reviewing institutional investors and complex structures.
• Familiarity with US, Luxembourg, and Cayman AML regimes.

Responsabilidades

• Perform AML/KYC reviews for investor onboarding and lifecycle events.
• Support CDD/EDD per procedures and regulatory expectations.
• Review investor documentation across entities (corporates, partnerships, trusts).
• Analyze ownership structures and suggest valid substitutes when documents are unavailable.
• Document onboarding conclusions with risk considerations and follow-ups.
• Escalate high-risk investor files to senior reviewers.
• Meet productivity, quality, and SLA expectations while ensuring consistent onboarding delivery.
• Collaborate with team to balance file analysis and coverage.
