ACA Group is seeking an AML/KYC Consultant to support investor onboarding and ongoing monitoring. You will review complex investor structures, assess documentation gaps, and escalate higher‑risk matters while maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance.

You will perform CDD/EDD, analyze ownership, and document conclusions with clear risk considerations. The role emphasizes independent judgment, timely delivery, and teamwork within a fast‑paced private markets setting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of AML/KYC investor onboarding, fund compliance, or financial crime operations within private markets.
• Experience reviewing institutional investors, complex structures, private equity, and hedge funds subscription documentation.
• Strong understanding of investor due diligence framework under relevant AML regimes and US principles.

Responsabilités

• Perform AML/KYC reviews for investor onboarding and lifecycle events in private funds environments.
• Support Conduct CDD and EDD per procedures and regulatory expectations.
• Review investor documents for completeness across corporates, partnerships, trusts, and regulated FIs.
• Analyze ownership structures and suggest alternative documentation when needed.
• Document onboarding conclusions with risk considerations and follow-ups.
• Escalate complex/high-risk files to senior reviewers as required.
• Meet productivity, quality, and SLA expectations while ensuring consistent onboarding delivery.
• Collaborate with team to maintain balanced file analysis and coverage.
