Job summary

Mission Bank in Bakersfield is seeking an AML/CFT Analyst Temp to support the BSA/AML program and investigations. The role is full-time and expected to last 3 to 6 months, with compensation around $22 per hour depending on experience.

The analyst will assist with alert monitoring, SAR workflows, CTRs, and OFAC checks while ensuring strict adherence to regulatory requirements and bank policies.

Qualifications

• 2 years banking experience.
• Strong knowledge of BSA/AML and OFAC.
• Proficient in MS Excel and data analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist with alert workload and monitor suspicious patterns and SAR investigations.
• Conduct enhanced due diligence reviews with documentation and risk assessment.
• Perform 90-day SAR follow-up reviews and determine continuation.
• Assist in preparation and submission of CTRs within 15 days.
• Ensure identification and adherence to BSA program including CIP, CDD/EDD, OFAC.
• Maintain current BSA files and support MLR reporting and OFAC monitoring.
