Caesars New Orleans Casino & Hotel in New Orleans, LA is seeking a Manager of Regulatory Compliance to lead the Regulatory Compliance team and serve as the BSA/AML and OFAC Officer. You will oversee the AML program, Title 31 activities, and audits, ensuring adherence to federal, state, and regulatory requirements.

You will collaborate with operations to promote a culture of compliance, train staff, and support regulatory reviews.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Associate Degree in Business (or related field) preferred; Master’s degree a plus.
Knowledge of audit procedures, gaming operations, internal controls and gaming regulations preferred; Finance experience is a plus.
Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet applications (Word/Excel); strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to coordinate across departments and manage multiple priorities under time pressure.

Responsibilities

Serve as the property’s AML/BSA Officer for regulatory purposes.
Perform BSA/Title 31 AML duties related to KYC, SAR, and CTR.
Liaise with Louisiana State Police – Regulators, external auditors, and corporate internal auditors.
Design and implement work programs to evaluate compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
Ensure timely completion and filing of Finance regulatory submissions.
Establish and maintain internal control requirements in compliance with regulations and policies.
Ensure compliance with Internal Audit and Division directives and regulations.
Assist in writing and editing Internal Control Standards.
Perform investigations as needed for player subpoenas.
