Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is seeking a Compliance Assistant to support the Compliance Department with the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Title 31 AML provisions for gaming operations and Know Your Customer (KYC) reviews, including NGCB audit requirements.

The role involves daily to annual regulatory deliverables, SAR/CTR duties, and coordinating with various property departments to ensure timely documentation and audit readiness. Strong organization and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Proficient in English verbal and written
• Must be detail oriented and accurate
• Must be a team player and work well in a small group

Responsibilities

• Complete regulatory deliverables aligned with NGCB or internal requirements
• Perform BSA/Title 31 AML duties related to KYC, SAR, CTR
• Maintain inventories and records (manual forms, key inventories)
• Conduct Currency Counter and Interface Testing
• Support daily regulatory compliance inquiries across property departments
• Navigate casino systems to gather AML/regulatory information
• Investigate and obtain supporting documentation for AML and NGCB compliance
• Assist Internal Audit with AML and Gaming audits as needed
• Maintain electronic records for Regulatory Compliance
• Perform other duties as assigned
