Job summary

iCapital is seeking a Compliance Associate to join its Regulatory and Compliance team to lead review and approval for investor AML and KYC with a strong private fund focus. You will ensure compliance with AML/KYC regulatory requirements and assist Legal and Compliance teams with various tasks, including reviews and audits.

You will collaborate across lines on initiatives, perform monitoring, and support inquiries and audits in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of alternatives experience, preferably with broker dealer and registered investment advisor experience.
• Strong knowledge of the Investment Company Act of 1940, Securities Act of 1933 and Cayman Islands AML regulations.
• AML/KYC knowledge of regulatory requirements for private fund investors.
• Experience with AML screening resolution vendor tools (LexisNexis, World-Check, ComplyAdvantage).
• Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability for personal interaction.
• ACAMS certification preferred; JD is a plus.

About The Role

• Self-motivated with robust project management and process development skills

The base salary range for this role is $ 70,000 to $ 85, 000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus.
