Job summary

Goldman Sachs is seeking a Global Compliance professional to join the FCC Data, Systems and Innovation team in Richardson, TX, focusing on AML analytics and surveillance model development. You will work with technology, operations and business partners on end-to-end deployment of monitoring solutions, tuning ML models and validating data quality.

The role requires strong analytical skills, SQL proficiency, and experience with AML tools (Actimize/Mantas) and visualization (Tableau/Excel).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering/technology with relevant work experience.
• Understanding AML and terrorist financing trends and typologies.
• Experience with AML monitoring products such as Actimize and Mantas; ML-enabled systems.
• Hands-on experience tuning and validating ML models.
• Strong SQL skills and ability to query large data sets.
• Experience with data analytics/visualization tools like Tableau and Excel.
• Ability to map data across platforms and manage projects independently.

Responsibilities

• Capture, analyze and document business requirements and functional specifications
• Data sourcing, data analysis and identifying data requirements
• Assist in development and implementation of AML Analytics
• Assist in integration of ML/AI into AML Models
• Data and surveillance validation planning and execution
• Draft detailed investigative and testing reports, including opinions, findings and corrective action plans
• Utilize scientific measures and ML algorithms to track and improve AML surveillances
• Documentation of project artifacts for Compliance testing, Model Validation, regulatory and audit purposes
