Job summary

Rush Street Interactive is seeking an AML Analyst to become an expert in online casino and sports betting compliance. You will work with the AML Manager and Risk & Payments to identify financial crime and coordinate regulatory reporting across multiple jurisdictions, including Bank Secrecy Act updates and international AML regulations.

The role requires 2+ years in AML/compliance, preferred CAMS/CFE/GAMS certifications, and strong Excel and data analysis skills.

Qualifications

2+ years AML/compliance experience
CAMS/CFE/GAMS certifications preferred
Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills
Strong Excel skills and data analysis abilities
Must be able to obtain and maintain jurisdictional gaming licenses as required

Responsibilities

Work closely with AML Manager and Risk & Payments teams to identify financial crime
Coordinate regulatory reporting and risk assessments
Open-source intelligence and enhanced due diligence
Prepare narratives and regulatory filings
Oversee AML monitoring for a territory of jurisdictions
Routinely review SARs and analyze patterns of suspicious behavior
Stay updated on money laundering and terrorist financing trends
Assist with AML Compliance training
Support regulatory audits as needed
