Job summary

Micron Technology is seeking AMHS Equipment Technicians to support automated robotic systems in a cleanroom environment. You will monitor tool performance, perform error recovery, and conduct repairs, collaborating with engineers and vendors to ensure optimal tool function.

Responsibilities include repairing mechatronic systems, reviewing performance data, and implementing preventative maintenance while following strict cleanroom protocols.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience with AC/DC circuits and basic electronic components.
• Associate degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
• Experience maintaining manufacturing equipment, automation, or technical military background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair mechatronic systems including wafer handling equipment.
• Repair AC/DC circuits using a DMM and schematics.
• Analyze system operations and rebuild equipment per blueprints and manuals.
• Use Office tools to document work and support team communication.
• Prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Follow procedures and work independently with high productivity and quality.
• Communicate clearly in writing and speech and manage time effectively.
