Job summary

Wave Therapy seeks an Associate Therapist to join our team with a remarkable supervision program. You will work in a furnished office with a budget to personalize it, and enjoy numerous client referrals supported by a full intake team.

Responsibilities include providing compassionate therapy, scheduling clients, timely progress notes and treatment plans, and weekly supervision/education. We welcome associates, newly licensed and seasoned therapists.

Qualifications

• Must hold AMFT/APCC license or equivalent.
• Private practice experience is preferred but not required; we will train you.
• Be a compassionate, communicative team member with collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide caring, high-quality therapy to clients.
• Schedule your own clients and input required information.
• Complete progress notes, initial assessments, treatment plans, and billing forms.
• Attend weekly consultation groups and staff meetings.
