Job summary

Wave Therapy is hiring licensed therapists to join a growing practice with multiple California offices. You will have your own furnished office, a steady stream of client referrals, and billing handled for you, allowing you to focus on delivering quality therapy.

Create your own schedule and access clinical support, supervision, and a mentorship program to help you grow in your private practice. All associates, newly licensed and seasoned therapists are welcome.

Qualifications

• AMFT/APCC license required or in process.
• Private practice experience preferred but not required.
• Strong compassion and communication; team player.
• Attendance at paid weekly staff meetings with a collaborative group for supervision, consultation, education and training.

Responsibilities

• Provide caring, compassionate, quality therapy to clients.
• Scheduling your own clients and inputting the necessary information and documentation.
• Timely completion of progress notes, initial assessments, treatment plans, charge forms and other case records.
• Attend weekly consultation groups/staff meetings.
