Job summary

Entertimeonline is seeking a Buyer to procure raw materials and packaging for assigned areas, creating, expediting, and tracking purchase orders to support on-time delivery and production.

In this exempt, on-site role, you will use the ERP system to place orders, manage inventory, interact with customers and suppliers, coordinate freight, and identify opportunities to improve purchasing and supply-chain efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• Purchasing experience preferred, particularly in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using an ERP system or other purchasing and inventory software.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize as needed.
• Demonstrated reliability, a strong work ethic, and effective organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong problem solving, research, data analysis and documentation skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with employees and customers in a professional manner.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate freight for all purchase orders as needed
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve purchasing, inventory, and supply-chain efficiency.
• Performs other duties as directed.

Physical Requirements

This job operates in an office environment but may require exposure to manufacturing plant conditions. While performing the duties of this job, employees are regularly required to sit, walk and stand. Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision and the ability to adjust focus; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone; use hands repetitively to operate standard office equipment; reach with hands and arms; and lift up to 25 pounds.
