Job summary

College Possible Minnesota in Saint Paul, MN is seeking a Non-traditional Student Engagement Specialist AmeriCorps VISTA. This full-time, in-person role runs Monday–Friday with a 40-hour week starting in December 2026 and ending December 2027. The AmeriCorps member strengthens capacity to support nontraditional and unenrolled students, expanding engagement and resources.

Benefits include a living stipend (biweekly), Segal Education Award, and health benefits. Applicants must be U.S.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen, national, or lawful permanent resident.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Must pass National Service Criminal History Check and security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen College Possible's capacity to support nontraditional, unenrolled, and stopped-out students.
• Develop engagement toolkit and workflows for re-enrollment and funding processing.
• Create multi-channel communications calendar and re-enrollment guides.
• Refine Salesforce tools to track re-enrollment outcomes and document engagement workflows.
