Job summary

Norwescap, an AmeriCorps partner in Warren, NJ, seeks an Engagement Partner to connect individuals with essential services across Warren, Morris, Sussex, Somerset and Hunterdon Counties. This in-person role emphasizes compassionate client engagement and documentation of contacts and outcomes.

You will assess needs, link clients to programs, and provide follow-up to ensure access to housing, education, health and employment support while supporting the organization’s mission to build thriving

• Reliable documentation and follow-up of contacts and outcomes.

Engagement Partner

Provides holistic support to the individuals and families in the communities we serve; partnering with them to assist in reaching their personal goals that will move them closer to a thriving state. Engagement Partners are responsible for connecting with individuals, assessing their needs, linking them to needed services, documenting the contacts, and providing follow-up. This role is crucial in our work to provide excellent customer service and ensure that every person is connected to every service that can assist them.
