Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee is seeking an AmeriCorps Life & Workforce Readiness Ready Center participant to assist in planning and delivering youth programs for members aged 12–19. You will support music, bicycle, tutoring, and academic planning initiatives with guidance from program supervisors.

The role runs for about 7.5 months with an average of 15 hours per week, and compensation is a fixed AmeriCorps stipend totaling $6,975 over 15 pay periods.

Qualifications

• Senior in high school or enrolled in college.
• CPR and First Aid within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, and implementing Life & Workforce Readiness programs for members ages 12–19.
• Support studio programming, production, and recording activities as guided by program leadership.
• Facilitate tutoring and academic planning, monitor student progress, and coordinate math/science/English tutoring.
